Glutton’s for punishment. That’s us! When it comes to anything sweet and tasty we just have to sink
our teeth into it and this week we are in Scandi-heaven with the Nordic Bakery and their mouth-
watering selection of pastries.
With an impressive three bakeries calling the city their home; follow your nose down to Soho’s
Golden Square and there you’ll find the Scandinavian-style cafe just waiting for those hungry
Londoners to open its doors to all things Nordic and delicious.
Our favourite? Of course it can only be the infamous cinnamon buns. Baked to perfection and oozing
with cinnamonny goodness; paired with a steaming cup of coffee, these delights make for the ideal
mid-morning treat. Light on the lips, doughy to touch and enjoyable to the very last bite! If it’s good
enough for the Danes and Swedes, it’s good enough for us!
But don’t just take our word for it. Go sit yourself among the… how should we say? ‘Ikea-ish’ and
visually inviting décor and tuck in like a true Scandi.

Lovely article from Stall and Craft Collective: http://www.stallandcraftcollective.co.uk/kat&bee-jewellery-workshops-_-teaching-you-some-inside-tricks-of-the-trade-_-london-131-spotlight
Working from her design studio in East London, Kat's jewellery collection brings together her contemporary yet chaotic style and is influenced by all elements of her life and culture.
Kat&Bee creates unique jewellery with handmade silver rings and gold ring designs ranging from quirky gothic, to big and stunningly beautiful to simple yet eclectic.
Texture and shape are paramount to every design, and each piece is hand made using a mix of beads and objects fused together, often with Kat's trademark skull. Each piece is intended to capture the wearer’s individuality, and, imbued with an eclectic feel.
All Kat&Bee pieces are made-to-order.
Kat has teamed up with celebrity hairdresser George Northwood to create Kat&George an eclectic collection of handmade hair jewellery. The collection combines Kat&Bee Jewellery's signature style with George Northwood instinctive and innovative understanding of hair.

Call us somewhat of a flowery aficionado but if you haven’t already guessed from looking over our Kat&Bee collections it’s obvious that we do love a good bunch of flowers.
Pop a vibrant poppy or stick a delightful bunch of Dutch tulips under our nose and we’re transported into floral heaven. And where better to pick up a rose (or two) than one of London’s most popular florists?
Kat&Bee favourites include Scarlet and Violet, a blushingly beautiful shop in Kensal Rise where its delicate flowers are displayed in old jugs, glass jars and buckets. Or close to home McQueen’s who’s drop-dead gorgeous displays can be found blooming in Old Street. Then again this country’s known for its flourishing gardens so why just keep our eyes on London?
Up in the north Tatton Park hosts one of the most spectacular Flower Shows in Europe. With every kind of colour and bloom one could wish for, don’t be surprised if you see Kat&Bee day dreaming among the daisies.
