THE PACKAGING 

Each Kat&Bee piece is individually placed in a clear container and treated like a piece of art.

THE DELIVERY

Please note your item will be carefully hand-made by Kat&Bee on your order.  Delivery times may vary but Kat&Bee will work hard to get you your hand crafted piece to you within 3-4 weeks of ordering.    

Please contact Kat&Bee directly on kat@katandbee.com if you need your order sooner for a special occasion or emergency present. 

THE CARE

It is important to treat each Kat&Bee piece with love.  Each creation is a work of art and therefore needs to be cared for and looked after properly.   All pieces are made with 14ct gold fill wire or 925 sterling silver wire and so should not tarnish but will gradually wear if worn everyday.  Kat&Bee believes that each piece gets better with age, as we all do!    

Hot weather and sweat can also accelerate the tarnishing process and avoid contact with perfumes and potions.   Each Kat&Bee item should always be taken off when in the pool, shower, sea or when you are doing any physical work and when washing your hands.  Each item is delicate and needs to be handled with care.

You can clean each Kat&Bee piece with gold and silver polish but it is extremely important to be careful whilst doing this as each piece is so detailed.    

TIP:  Clean your Kat&Bee piece with warm soapy water and a really soft toothbrush to get into all the intricate areas, rinse well and your item will be revived and new again.
